• Any of our services may be combined to create a customized Day-at-the-Spa at a 10% discount. (3 treatments per person minimum).
• A 72 hour notice of cancellation is required for Day-at-the-Spa packages.

• Gratuities are not included in package prices.

• Appointments are recommended, walk ins are accepted based on availability.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
• We require a valid credit card to hold all appointments and to ensure understanding and compliance with our cancellation policy
• A 24 hour notice of cancellation (72 hours for packages) is required to avoid full charge for services missed. Late arrival will result in shortened treatment time.
• Children (18 and under) who are not receiving treatments will not be allowed in the reception area unattended or in treatment rooms at any time.
• We appreciate parents obtaining off site care for children who are not receiving treatments. Children will not be allowed in the reception area unattended or in treatment rooms.
• All information exchanged during sessions is completely confidential.
• Spa Wish and Spa Finder Gift Certificates are accepted however they are not to be combined with ANY discount or hotel package and are excluded on Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and from December 24 through January 2.

  There is no onsite parking at the spa. Please allow plenty of time to secure a parking space before your session.
• December-April
  Guests of Genesis Day Spa can park at Sea Chambers Hotel during their spa service.
