*Any of our services may be combined to create a customized Day-at-the-Spa at a 10% discount. (3 treatments per person minimum).
* A 72 hour notice of cancellation is required for Day-at-the-Spa packages.
*Group bookings for Day-at-the-Spa packages are available. Please call for more information.
*Gratuities are not included in package prices.
Appointments and Cancellations
*Appointments are recommended, walk ins are accepted based on availability.
*Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
*We require a valid credit card to hold all appointments and to ensure understanding and compliance with our cancellation policy
*A 24 hour notice of cancellation (72 hours for packages) is required to avoid full charge for services missed. Late arrival will result in shortened treatment time.
*Children (18 and under) who are not receiving treatments will not be allowed in the reception area unattended or in treatment rooms at any time.
*We appreciate parents obtaining off site care for children who are not receiving treatments. Children will not be allowed in the reception area unattended or in treatment rooms.
*All information exchanged during sessions is completely confidential.
Parking
* May-November
There is no onsite parking at the spa. Please allow plenty of time to secure a parking space before your session.
*December-April
Guests of Genesis Day Spa can park at Sea Chambers Hotel during their spa service.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in prices.
